But it is still us doing most of the emissions, and if you shut down big oil and we can't drive to work??? There would be chaos. Big companies have a big role, and Climate Fixes has them as a key target of your actions, but we can't just blame others instead of taking up responsiblility ourselves
True, you can't solve the end-of-the-world crisis on your own, in a weekend. But no human on the planet ever has. There are a few ways to get yourself out of this defeatist thinking.
Really? If you're here, you realize that climate change is the biggest challenge humanity has ever faced. Is every single thing in your month more critical to your survival and legacy than doing something about the climate? To be honest, we feel exactly like you that we are too busy, but it's just our brains playing tricks on us. It's not true, and you definitely can find a way to commit an hour a month to fixing the climate.
